It’s basically the same as the Raw/Yellow but the student needs to know how to apply the take downs in a real situation

Know how to sing and play at the same time with atabaque and pandeiro

Everybody whoÆs going to get their raw/yellow cord need to know how to use every move and dodge from the ginga and coming back to the ginga without stopping. The student will not get the cord if they can only do the moves one side. The student will not get the cord if they donÆt know the moves if when itÆs showed to him/her.

 

Student must be attending the class and going to the rodas in order to get the cord.

The student must attend the minimum of 48 classes and the minimum of 16 rodas to get the cord. That means that they must come at least three times a week for four months and also come to one roda a week for the same period of time.

Physical requirements:

The students have to be able áto do at least 30 push-ups in less than 1 minute (except for medical or physical reasons)
The students with this cord have to be able to do at least 15 upside down push-ups in less than 1 minute (except for medical or physical reasons)
He/She have to be able to do a full back bend bridge from the standing up position without help. (except for medical or physical reasons).
And also has to be able to do 35 squats in less than 1 minute.
