We are back with the suggestions for classes. Make sure to include all the students if you have mixed classes. Train hard and enjoy your summer.

Beginners:

Moves: Focus on Bencao, bencao pulada, Chapa and chapa pulada(make sure the form is good)
Dodges: Cocorinha and macaco
Music: Banguela

This is arco iris. Try to use a lot in your classes to loosen up the students’ back.

Intermediate:

Moves: Rasteira, Rasteira de Mao, Saida de Vingativa with tesoura de frente, Saida de Vingativa with banda de costas,
Dodges:Au Santo amaro de chao, Queda de quatro from rasteira
Music: berimbau: Angola, Sao bento Grande de Angola, Sao bento pequeno (ladainha opcional).

This is au esquisito. I know that it’s a little too quick but pause the video to make sure you can teach your students as a reward if they learned their requirements.
