Adding Value

How can we add more value to our classes to make our students have a better experience

*Have pads, dummies and bags to use
*Have mats for flipping and Capoeira tricks
*Have instruments available to be used
*Work on social media to bring the community together
*Post the classes or techniques online so the students can check it out
*Teaching history of Capoeira
*Telling the students our story. Where we came from, for how long, what we are about, etc.
*Working on music in a fun and engaging way
*Be personable and became friends with your students
*Text students rather they are coming to class or not to remind them of the class or just to see how their are doing.
*Teaching the culture (Capoeira and Brazilian )
*Inspire yourself before every class
*Have your energy at 12 on a scale of 0 to 10 in class
*Make every class fun
*Work hard on their cardio
*Adding other types of music (hip-hop,  afro, etc)
*Teaching even beginner the takedowns.
*More professional sound
*Better lightning and color schemes to promote good energy.
*Structure in class where the teachers are never guessing what they will do next.
*Motivate students to come out of their shells and participate in music.
*Recording videos of they playing and singing and showing back to them.
*More repetitions
*Find out what students like
*Make the academy feel like family
*Produce results every time
*Make your students feel like they’re growing and getting better.
*Make students feel like they’re helping the academy and their peers by coming to the academy and training hard.
*Make sure everyone have their uniforms.
